Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
Super-moist chocolate cake topped with peanut butter frosting and chocolate ganache inspired a friend of mine to "make out" with her cupcake. It was pretty good if I do say so myself. The cupcakes in the second row are topped with mint chocolate chip frosting.
Key lime pie cupcakes
I have to say this key lime pie cupcake made many people very happy--very, very happy. Complete with a graham cracker crust and crumb topping, these cupcakes are bursting with lime flavor!
Light lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting
Ahhh, the fresh taste of lemon in a buttery, citrus cupcake. So good!

A gumpaste gerber daisy tops a big dollop of yellow cream cheese frosting. So pretty!
Chocolate ganache
This is Jack's 1 year old birthday cake. I can still taste it now: 4 layers of chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and frosting, topped with a coating of glossy ganache. YUUUUMMMM!
Toucan birthday cake
This toucan cake was inspired by a jungle party invitation. So cute and yummy too.
