I made this 30th birthday cake for a surprise party. It makes me want to do more of them! The top tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with vanilla bean frosting. I also made vanilla cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting.
